Using this website

The information on this site is provided for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate, but products, prices, colours and specifications may change without notice, and photography and screens cannot perfectly represent natural and engineered stone. Nothing on the site forms a contract; every order is confirmed individually with a written quotation.

Quotes and orders

All products are made to order. A quotation sets out the piece, the size, the stone and the price, and an order is placed when you accept it. Cancellations, changes, damage claims and delivery arrangements are covered by our shipping and returns policy and delivery information.

Accuracy of information you give us

Made-to-measure work depends on the measurements and choices you confirm. Please check dimensions, stone selections and access arrangements carefully before accepting a quotation; we cut to what is agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photography and design, belongs to Sontuoso Stone and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability in relation to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
