We want to make the delivery process as straightforward as possible, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our made-to-order process, the delivery timeline, and what to expect when your piece arrives.
Made to order
All of our furniture is made to order, ensuring every piece is crafted to meet your specifications and preferences. Because of this, production takes approximately six weeks from the time you place your order. Once your item is ready, we will schedule delivery and keep you updated on the expected arrival date.
The delivery process
We use our own delivery vehicle and experienced handlers to carefully transport your furniture. Your items will be fully protected during transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our team takes great care when handling each piece, giving you peace of mind that your order is in safe hands.
Receiving your order
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please prepare your space by clearing a path for our delivery team and making room for your new furniture. When our handlers arrive, let them know where you would like the item placed. If you have any concerns about access to your property, contact us in advance and we will plan around it.
