A stove on its own is a metal box. What makes the room is everything around it: the hearth under it, the chamber behind it and the beam or surround above it. Most stove shops buy those parts in. We cut them ourselves, to measure, in the stone and colour you choose, which is why our stove installations look built for the house rather than bought off a shelf.

Common questions
Do I need a chimney for a wood burning stove?
Not necessarily. A sound chimney can be lined, and where there is no chimney a twin-wall flue can often be fitted instead. We confirm the right route when we quote, so there are no surprises later.
Can you build the fireplace around the stove too?
Yes, and it is where we are strongest. Because we manufacture marble and stone ourselves, the hearth, chamber and surround can be made to measure around your stove as one job, in the colour you choose.
Wood burning or multifuel?
A multifuel stove burns wood and approved smokeless fuels; a dedicated wood burner is often the cleaner, more efficient choice if you only plan to burn logs. We will talk it through plainly and recommend what suits how you will actually use it.
