Bespoke marble fireplaces, made to measure
A marble fireplace should look like it was made for the room, because it was. We are the manufacturer, so every surround and hearth is cut to your measurements and finished in the stone and colour you choose, then fitted by us across Solihull, Birmingham and Warwickshire. You are buying straight from the workshop, which is why ours tend to come in below the price of a standard surround from a chain.
Made to measure, not picked from a shelf
Off-the-shelf fireplaces come in set sizes and a short list of finishes, so you end up choosing the nearest fit and hoping it works. We do it the other way round. You tell us the space, the look you are after and the stone you like, and we make the fireplace to suit. A wider chimney breast, a lower ceiling, a particular hearth shape, an unusual colour to match the room, all of it is normal for us because we are cutting to order anyway.
The stone and the colours
We work in marble and natural stone, with a wide range of colours and finishes to choose from. Some people want the classic look of a pale marble surround, others something darker and more modern, or a colour picked to sit with the floor and the walls. Come to the showroom and you can see and feel the options rather than guess from a screen. If you have a sample of your flooring or a photo of the room, bring it.

We install it properly across Solihull, Birmingham and the wider area, and leave the room tidy.
Stoves and fires to go with it
A surround is only half the picture, so we can supply and fit the fire to go in it too: wood burning and multifuel stoves, gas fires and electric fires from names like Celsi, Flavel, Portway and ACR. Common questions
Can you really match any colour?
In most cases yes. Because we make to order, we are not limited to a few stock finishes. Bring a sample or a photo and we will tell you honestly what we can match.
Is a made-to-measure fireplace expensive?
Usually less than you would think. Buying direct from the maker cuts out the chain mark-up, so a bespoke piece often costs less than a standard one from a showroom chain.
Do you fit them, or just supply?
We do both. We make the fireplace and fit it properly across Solihull, Birmingham and Warwickshire.
How long does it take?
It depends on the piece and how busy the workshop is, but we will give you a realistic timescale when we quote, not an optimistic one.
