Electric fires have changed. Today's models produce a flame picture convincing enough to fool guests, need no chimney or flue, and slide into a media wall or an existing opening with very little disruption. If you want the deepest, most realistic living flame with real warmth behind it, a modern gas fire is still the benchmark, provided your home has the supply and the flue for it.
We fit both, so the advice is honest: tell us the room and we will tell you what will actually work in it. And because the surrounds, hearths and media wall stone come from our own workshop, the whole installation is designed as one piece rather than bought in parts.
Common questions
Gas or electric, which suits my home?
Gas gives the most realistic living flame and real heat, but needs a gas supply and a suitable flue or chimney. Electric fits almost anywhere, needs no flue at all and suits media walls perfectly. We will give you a straight answer for your room, not a sales pitch.
Can you build a media wall around an electric fire?
Yes. We supply the fire and make the stone or marble elements to measure in our own workshop, so the fire, the TV and the surround are planned together as one finished wall.
Do you install, or supply only?
Both. Most customers have us supply and fit the complete job, but if you have your own installer we are happy to supply the fire and the made-to-measure stonework.
